Hospitality in official hotel, details

*Official coaches must be nominated by their National Association by the Freeze Deadline in order to receive hospitality. *One coach per country will be accepted. Players must shared room. Official National Association coaches will have a single room. Players wishing to have a single room it must be paid to the official hotel at the special rate given for the tournament if available.
All players and coaches hosted at the official hotel before Sunday, Nov 20th, 2011, must pay for their own expenses and also accept to check out and check in again for better control of their accounts.

*Personal coaches and relatives are responsible for their own hospitality.

*All players MUST register at the hospitality desk of the hotel, otherwise, the tournament will not provide hospitality.

Los entrenadores Oficiales deberán ser designados por su Asociación Nacional en la fecha límite de inscripción a fin de recibir su hospedaje.

-Solamente se aceptará un entrenador por país. Los jugadores compartirán 2/4 jugadores por habitación. Los entrenadores oficiales tendrán una habitación individual. Los jugadores que deseen tener una habitación individual, deberán pagar al hotel oficial la tarifa especial correspondiente al torneo, en caso de haber disponibilidad. Todos los jugadores y entrenadores oficiales hospedados en el hotel oficial antes del Domingo 20 de Noviembre de 2011, deberán pagar por su cuenta. Así mismo deberán aceptar cerrar su cuenta y abrir una nueva para un mejor control.

-Los entrenadores personales y familiares serán responsables de su propio hospedaje.

-Todos los jugadores DEBERÁN registrarse en la mesa del torneo que se encuentra en el hotel oficial, de lo contrario el torneo no podrá brindar los servicios de hospedaje.
